I agree. Although Sherlock describes himself as a high functioning sociopath, I think it's more likely high functioning aspergers. He does have a few OCD traits though.

I'm not sure what high-functioning Asperger's is; it's usually Asperger's or High-functioning Autism. My teacher said that sometimes people with Autism have OCD characteristics, which I found interesting because Sheldon Cooper has Asperger's and has some OCD characteristics and Sherlock is kind of the same way. Considering John thinks he has it and he knows Sherlock the best, he probably does.
